*All claims are funded by way of a No Win No Fee conditional fee agreement basis supported by legal expenses insurance. No Win No Fee means that your solicitor will retain up to 25% of any compensation that you receive, capped at the value of any legal costs. After signing the CFA, with the solicitor, there is a 14 day “cooling off” period during which the client may cancel at no cost. After this two week period, any cancellation may incur legal fees, this is something that your panel solicitor would be able to advise you on.
